Dennis Reiber is a distinguished veteran of the US Army, having served with honor for 20 years before retiring as a senior NCO. Throughout his military career, Dennis held numerous leadership positions and played a pivotal role in training personnel at various levels within the company and battalion structures around the world. After retirement, he spent 5 years as a contractor, presenting seminars and conducting evaluations for community/military operational response to natural and man-made disasters. His lifetime commitment to excellence led him to pursue academic achievements, earning a Master of Science degree from Central Michigan University during his active duty service, followed by a Doctor of Education from Grand Canyon University.
Leveraging his extensive military leadership background and academic credentials, Dennis transitioned into the fields of consulting, training, and leadership development. As the Founder and CEO of The Phoenix Leadership Institute, Dennis is dedicated to fostering authentic leadership within all organizations both corporate and educational, driving sustainable success, and making a positive societal impact. He is recognized as an experienced facilitator and keynote speaker, sought after for his expertise in authentic leadership and its impact on organizational development and effectiveness.
